Vendor Rental Space Application

Please fill out this Vendor Application in order to participate in the 4th Annual Awaken Your Divine Heart Expo
slated for Saturday, November 12, 2011. We will be selecting a variety of quality vendors covering art/crafts,
readers, holistic products and services. Due to spatial limitations, submitting an application does not guarantee a
Vendor Rental space. All applications are subject to approval by Awaken Your Divine Heart Expo Committee.
Vendor Cost: The vendor cost is $100 per 10’ x 10’ (approx) space, plus $25 extra for electric. The Vendor spaces
with electric are limited and go quickly, so please let us know immediately if you need electric. Entire payment* for
Vendor space and optional Electric, is due no later than October 15, 2011. If total payment is not received by
October 15, 2011, your Vendor space may go to another person on the waiting list. You will receive a refund of any
monies paid, less $25 handling fee. In the case of cancellation after this date, and up to 12 days prior to this event,
you will receive a refund, less $25 handling fee. There will be no refund if cancelled after October 31, 2011.
If you would like to receive a $25 discount of the total Vendor Rental space fee,
total payment*(including optional Electric) must be received no later than July 31, 2011.
NEW THIS YEAR: We ask that all Vendors remain set-up until 5 p.m. at which time you are invited to share in our
Divine Drum Circle. This will finalize the 2011 Awaken Your Divine Heart Expo, so that we may leave uplifted and
content, knowing that we have strengthened the Heart-beat of the Universe that connects all!
Door Prize: We ask that each vendor contribute a Door Prize to encourage Expo attendees to stop at your booth!
